The SST is a unique training bat that works multiple facets of the swing and is perfect for underload training. These trainers come in minus 5-6 ounces of your desired bat length. It features a skinny handle with a long neck that transitions quickly to a short length barrel.
The SST allows for players to feel maximum barrel whip while maintaining a sharp focus on barrel control.
It is a great finisher for a workout and can be used in tee work, front toss, and overhand batting practice. One of the huge benefits of the SST is it truly isolates the sweet spot of the barrel so players no option other than to make the necessary adjustments to square a ball up effectively.

HITTING COACHES AND PROS
Our trainers can be found in many professional ballparks, training facilities, and college campuses for a reason.
Hitting coaches across all levels have implemented these training bats into their programs for the sole purpose of promoting proper swing mechanics.
FUNDAMENTALS OF HITTING
Our training tools focus on building muscle memory by allowing a player to physically feel a correct swing.
